How do I customize list layout with my preferred column sets in invoice app?

List Layout 
This feature allows you to customize your invoice fields in list layout as a section as per your requirement. You can easily access your preferred section quickly to save your custom views. In order to save your custom columns your account requires the premium or ultimate plans.

This is the common feature found in CRM apps  as well as Financials App.

Steps to Customize List Layout in Invoices

  1. Log in and access Invoices App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More icon and select “Settings located at the app header bar.

  3. Select "Customize App" drop down. Click on “List Layouts” from left navigation panel.

  4. You can add your own column set, click on "Create" button.

  5. Customize column set with your preferred fields.
  6. Choose fields from “Display” drop down.
  7. For instance: We have created “Invoice Status” column set, added “Payment Term” field as shown in the image below:

  8. You can also hide the options by unchecking the field, if needed as shown in the image below:

Now that the list layout has been created, follow the steps below to view the invoices by preferred column set.

View Invoice by preferred column set

  1. After customization, go to Invoices App dashboard.
  2. Click on “Show All” from left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Display” drop down, and select “Invoice Status”.

  4. You can view the result as shown in the image below:
