How do I Highlight Cases?

Cases App Highlighting feature allows you to identify the main objects. That is using color scheme you can highlight the main objects. This configuration contains background color, text color, and priority score to view your cases.

Steps to Highlighting the Cases

  1. Login and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More” icon and select “Settings” located in the app header bar.

  3. Select “Cases” drop down and click on “Highlighting” from the left navigation panel.

  4. Click on “Create” button to create a new highlighting and specify:
    • Name - Highlighting name.
    • Priority Score - Priority score for the Cases. If this setting has more than one highlighting definition, then this score helps in prioritizing them.
    • Background Color - Select background Color.
    • Text Color - Select Text Color.
    • Description - Description for the Highlights.

  5. Define the criteria which is the space where the condition can be defined by selecting attributes and its equivalent values. Below is the example which illustrates the assigned cases to be colored or highlighted,

  6. Click on “Create” button to complete.
  7. You can update the message template information by clicking on "More Details" icon if needed.
