How to Add News Feed Message to Notes Automatically?

Cases App’s News Feed allows a user to create a note automatically in the "Notes" tab whenever the News Feed message is posted. Also, you can share the message with the customer, assignee, and others.
Steps to Enable a Note in News Feed
- Log in and access Cases app from the universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the "More" icon and select the "Settings" option.
- Select the "Collaboration" option from the "General" dropdown in the Settings page.
- In the News Feed section, enable the Toggle button against "Add news feed messages to notes". This allows you to create a note automatically when a message is posted in the News Feed.
Steps to Add News Feed messages to Notes
- You can view the Overview page of a case by clicking on the More Details button.
- Navigate to the "News Feed" tab from the associated activities menu bar.
- Enter the details to be posted on the News Feed and click on the "Post" button. Also, posted messages can be shared.
- Any employee who has access can view the message and the News Feed will be added to the Notes.
- Now in the Notes tab, you can view the created note according to the News Feed message.
