How to Share a Note to Assignee?

Notes are used to provide a log of changes and updates made in the system. These notes can be shared with the other members of the team. Lets follow the steps to share the note with an Assignee.

Steps to Share a Notes to Assignee

  1. Log in and access Cases App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on  “Show All” button from the left navigation panel.
  3. You can view all your cases listed in the "Show All" dashboard.
  4. Click on “More Details” icon and you can view the overview page.
  5. Navigate to the “Notes“ tab from the Associated objects bar.
  6. Click on “Create Note” button and provide:
    • Template - Select the pre-defined Template.
    • Description - Description of the Notes.
    • Associated With - Select Assignees for the notes.
    • Tags - Select the Tags.
  7. In Notification details section, you can view “Share with Customer”, “Share with Assignees”, and “Share with Others”.
  8. Toggle “ON” the “Shared with Assignees” option, you can share your note with the assignees.
  9. Click on “Create” button, to complete.
