How to Delete a Note?

The Notes features across all the modules in Apptivo CRM is very user friendly. Notes are not visible on the account unless its enabled for the user.

Notes are loved by all users because they provide data/time stamp as well as a scroll able history of the various activities. Notes are mostly used to provide a log of changes and updates made in the system.

However, if a user wants to delete notes, that is also possible. Given below are the steps. Lets go through them quickly.  You can delete the notes using "Delete" option.

Steps to Delete Notes in Cases App

  1. Log in and access “Notes” tab from the left navigation panel from the home dashboard.
  2. Click on “Settings” icon from the app header bar.
  3. Select “Actions” from “Security” drop down from the left navigation panel.
  4. By default, delete option will be in “Hide” status.
  5. You can enable “Delete” option by sliding the “Toggle” button.
  6. The action will be auto updated and you can see the delete option as shown in below:
