How to change the term of my account plan?

Apptivo CRM allows its users flexibility in using the account. The user can either choose a monthly or yearly plan. Thus, he has to pay only for the months he uses it. You can manage your account by simply changing your payment term. Let's quickly go through the steps to change the monthly plan to a yearly plan.
Steps to Change The Term of My Account Plan
- Login to your account.
- Click on the User Menu at the top right corner and select “Manage Your Account” from the dropdown list.
- In the "Plan History" dashboard, there is an option to change the term. Select the Term dropdown and choose Yearly.
- Click on the "Pay Now" button in any of the payment methods.
Note: If you are converting from a Monthly to Yearly plan, the amount will be calculated based on your usage in your current plan and the remaining amount will be calculated with your newly selected plan.
- Once done, your payment term will be changed successfully. From now, the future billing cycle would be on a yearly subscription.
