How to change the term of my account plan?

Apptivo CRM allows its users flexibility in using the account. The user can either choose a monthly or yearly plan.  Thus he has to pay only for the months he uses it.

You can manage your account by simply changing your payment term setting. Let's quickly go through the steps.

Steps to Change The Term of My Account Plan

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on your account name at the top header and select “Manage Your Account” from the drop down list.

  3. In the "Plan History" dashboard you will view three blue action buttons namely, "Change Plan", "Term", and "License".
  4. Firstly, your account has been upgraded on monthly subscription; Now, click on "Term" you will find "Yearly" option. Click on it.
  5. Click on "Pay Now" action button against any of the payment mode. 
  6. Once done, your payment term will be changed successfully. From now, the future billing cycle would be on yearly subscription.
