How do I create Purchase Requisitions?

To create Purchase Requisition:

  1. Log in and access Purchase Requisitions App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Create” button from the left navigation panel.

  3. Now, fill in the following information:
    • Requisition Information
      • Requisition # - Number of the Purchase Requisition.
      • Requestor - Requestor of the Purchase Requisition. It may be an Employee or Team.
      • Justification - Justification of the Purchase Requisition.
      • Budget Reference - Budget Reference of the Purchase Requisition.
      • Need By Date - Need by Date of the Purchase Requisition.
      • Description - Description of the Purchase Requisition.
      • Tags - Tags associated with the Purchase Requisition.

    • Requisition Details
      • Item Name - Existing items can be selected from the Items app or a New Item can be created.

      • Total - Total amount will be displayed.

  4. Click on "Create" button to complete.
  5. You can view the created Purchase Requisition as shown in the image below:
