How do I Customize the 360 Degree Views in Customers App?

The 360-degree customer view allows the user to get a complete view of customers by aggregating data from the various sources that a customer may have used to contact a company to either enquire/purchase products or service/support.

A good marketer will understand the benefits of 360-degree view of their customers. A few of them are listed below.

  • Effectively enhance the relationship with the customer
  • Take steps to improve the interaction with customers through better communication.
  • The customers can be precisely segmented. Therefore, the marketers can create targeting marketing strategies for each segment.
  • The company can also provide personal and proactive customer service on the basis of a customer's buying habits.

The 360 degree allows you to view all the objects in Apptivo that are associated with the current customer you are looking at.

To Customize 360 Degree Views

  1. Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "More" icon and select “Settings” located at app header bar.
  3. Select “360 Degree Views” under “General” drop down from the left navigation panel.
  4. The 360 Degree Views page will be displayed as above. Click on the “Add” button.
  5. Fill in the following information:
    • App Name - Name of the app.
    • Reference Field - Reference field of the app.
    • Default 360 Degree App - Toggle On to make this app as the default one, in the 360 Degree tab.
  6. Click on “Add” button.
  7. Now, the App is successfully added.
  8. The apps added here, can be seen in the dropdown of the “360 Degree” tab from the customer overview page.
