How do I Enable Notes in Contacts App?

In Apptivo CRM, you can associate notes to the contact records. However, you are allowed to create notes only if you have the necessary permission for Notes. You can also perform the following activities
  • Import Notes
  • Export Notes
  • Delete Notes
Here we look at steps to enable Notes in the Contacts App.

Steps to enable Notes in Contacts App:
  1. Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on "More" icon and select “Settings” located at app header bar.

  3. Select “Notes” under “Collaboration” drop down from the left navigation panel.

  4. The Notes overview page will be displayed as above.
  5. Here, by toggling, you can enable or disable the Notes.
  6. The changes made, will be auto-updated.
  7. For instance, the “Enable Notes” is toggled Off.

  8. Now, the Notes tab will not be shown in the overview page of the Contact.
