How do I Customize Notes to Customers in Estimates App?

Its not wise to send the same note to all your customers. That means its mandatory that you customize the notes for each of your valued customer when you send a communication from the Estimates App.

Notes to Customer
is a prominent option that allows you to add some additional information for your customer, when you send an estimate.

You may also provide default Estimate Notes under Settings → Estimates → Notes to Customer and they will appear on all the estimates created.

Lets customize your notes to customer by following the steps given here.

Steps to customize Notes to Customers in Estimates App

  1. Log in and access Estimates App from the universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More(...)” icon and select “Settings” from the app header bar.

  3. Select “Notes to Customer” under “Estimates” drop down located in the left navigation panel.
  4. Now, the Notes to Customer overview page will be displayed as shown:

  5. Click on “Edit” button to change the default template of the notes.

  6. On changing, click on the “Update” button to complete.
  7. Now, the changes made will be reflected in the Estimates Creation page.
