How do I Customize Cases App Name?

Cases App allows you to customize the name of the app by renaming it. This makes it easier to identify the application through the User Interface navigation.

It can be customized according to your business requirements, anytime easily.

Steps to Customize Cases App Name

1. Log in and access Cases App from universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “More(...)” icon and select “Settings” located in the app header bar.
   
3. Select “App Naming” under “Customize App” drop down from the left navigation panel.
   
4. For instance: The app name is renamed as “Cases-App”.
   
5. This will now be reflected in the app header. The changes made will be auto-updated successfully.
