Can a user be re-subscribed after unsubscribing?

Yes. A user can re-subscribe even after unsubscribing, if needed.

  • To view the unsubscribed users, click on the “Dashboard” tab present.

  • The “Communication Status” overview page will be displayed with the number of emails sent, delivered, opened, clicked. To view the unsubscribed users, click on the “Unsub” button present.

  • Here, you can view the list of unsubscribed contacts, where you can view their details accordingly, by clicking on “More Details(...)”.

  • Now, the unsubscribed contacts overview page will be displayed, where the “Unsubscribe” will be toggled ON automatically.

Steps to re-subscribe after unsubscribing

  • To re-subscribe disable the toggle OFF.

  • Once disabled, the user will start receiving campaign emails as before.
