How can I Give Permission to Users to Delete Timesheets?

Timesheets App allows you to provide access to the users who are reputed to delete Timesheets from the Timesheets app. The users who have privilege for deletion features can access the Delete option found in the Timesheets App.

Steps to Give Permission to Users to Delete

  • Log in and access the Timesheets App from your universal navigation menu.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings.

  • In the Settings page, click on the Security and select the Actions.
  • Locate the Delete option from the App section and click on privileges dropdown.

  • Click on the Create privilege option found at the bottom of the privilege dropdown.

  • Create privilege pop up appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the Delete option.
  • Click on the Create button.

  • After creating the privilege go to Employees App to give access to particular employees. Click here for more details.
  • Now, the employee has the privilege to delete Timesheets from the Timesheets app. 
  • In the Timesheets overview page, you can view the Delete button.
