How do I Configure the From Email address in Cases App?

Cases App allows you to configure the From Email address. The user can send emails to the clients/customers from the configured email address.  While sending emails, the required From Email Address can be selected from the list.

Steps to Configure From Email address in Cases App

  1. Log in and access Cases App from universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More(...)” icon and select “Settings” from the app header bar.

  3. Select “From Address” under “Email” drop down located in the left navigation panel.

  4. The “From Email” overview page will be displayed as shown:

  5. Enter your required Email address in the “From Email” textbox. The changes will be auto-saved.
  6. Now, create a new case or select an existing case.

  7. Click on “Emails” tab present in the overview page of the case.

  8. Click on “Compose” button, to compose an email.

  9. Now, the email you entered in the "From Address" field will be listed in the drop down as shown:
