Cases App has the provision to provide access to certain users who are assigned the task to access Notifications in Cases App.

This permission to access the notifications can be provided only by a super-user(Admin). The users(Employees) who have privilege for this access can use the “Notification” option found in the app header bar.

Steps to give Access to Users for Notification Activities in Cases App

  1. Log in and access Cases App from universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More(...)” icon and select “Settings” present in the app header bar.
