How do I Create Campaigns while Creating Customer?

There are times when a prospect makes an instant decision to buy your services or products when you are running an marketing email campaign. Here the lead skips the sales funnel process to become a customer and closes the deal. This is possible in Apptivo Campaign App.

Customers App allows you to create a new Campaign while creating Customers or select any existing campaign.  Lets go through the steps quickly.

Steps to Create Campaigns while Creating Customer

  1. Log in and access Customers App from universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Create” button present in the left navigation panel.

  3. Here, you can view “Campaign” field in “Additional Information” section as shown below:

  4. Now, the campaign can be added in two ways:
    • Add Existing Campaign - Start typing in the field, as it will auto-populate the existing campaign names.

    • Create a New Campaign - Click on “+” icon to create a new campaign.

  5. Fill in the details like “Name”, “Start/End Date” and “Description”.

  6. Click on “Create” button to create.
  7. You can view the created campaign, as shown in the image below:

  8. You can also view the created campaign in the Campaigns App as shown below:
