How do I Allow Users to Schedule a Follow Up in Expense Reports?

Expense Reports App allows you to provide access to the users who are deputed to view Schedule Follow up option in Expense Reports App. The users who have the privilege for Schedule Follow up are able to access "Schedule follow up" button found in overview page of Expense Reports.

For instance: If a superuser, Katie Dustin wants to give privilege for access Schedule follow up option to her employee, James William, then he will do the succeeding steps.

Give Permission to Users to Schedule a Follow Up Feature in Expense Reports App

  1. Log in and access “Expense Reports App” from your universal navigation menu bar. image result for expense reports
  2. Click on “Moremore iconicon and select Settingssettings icon located at the app header bar.

  3. Click on “Actions” from security drop down from left navigation panel.
  4. Locate the “Schedule Follow Up” option and click on privileges drop down.
  5. Click "Create privilege" option found at the bottom of the privilege drop down.
  6. Create privilege pop up appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the “Schedule Follow Up” option.
  7. Click on "Create" button.
  8. After creating the privilege go to Employees App to give access to particular employees.

  10. Now, employee James William has the privilege to schedule a follow up to an Expense Reports. In James William login, the “Schedule Follow Up” button will be visible as shown in the image below:
