How do I Disable a Customers Industries?

In Apptivo Customers App, once you enter an Industry type, you cannot delete it. Instead, you are allowed to disable the industries from customers app setting page. Lets take a look at how to disable the industries.

Steps to Disable Industries in Customers App

1. Log in and access Customers App from universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on "More" icon and select "Settings" located at the app header bar.
   
3. Click on “Industries” from the left navigation panel. Create industries through Settings -> Customers -> Industries -> Create.
   
   
4. Click on the industry name you would like to disable.
   
5. Now, you can view the edit page. Sliding "Toggle" button to disable the industry.
   
6. You cannot view the disabled category under "By Industry" in customers creation page.
