How do I know that whether my mail had delivered to my recipients or not?

All apps are able to compose an email and send it to the recipients. Email Log allows you to check that the email has delivered to the recipient or not. Email log which contains the details such as an Email sent from, Email delivered to a recipient on, Email opened by the recipient on. Succeeding steps guide to check the log of an e-mail.

Steps to Verify the Email Log

  1. Log in and access Cases app from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Select an existing case for sent an email to the recipient to view the overview page of a case and select the email tab which is located at the top of the page.

  3. Using email tab, you are able to compose a mail and send it to the recipients.
  4. Once, you've sent to the recipient, you can check whether that mail has been sent or not using "Email Log"email log icon found at the top right corner of the page.
