How do I View Candidates with My Preferred Column Sets?

Customizing the candidate list layouts you can view the fields of your preferred choice in table format. In order to save your custom columns, your account requires the premium or enterprise plans. candidates List layouts are used for displaying client particular information according to your business requirements.

Steps to Customize Candidates List Layouts:

  1. Log in and access candidates App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “Moreimage result for more iconicon and select “Settingsimage result for settingslocated at the app header bar.
  3. Select “List Layout” under "Customize App" drop down located on the left navigation panel.
  4. The new column set can be added using “Create” button.
  5. Click on it and customize the column set with your preferred fields. You can rename the name as per your requirements.
  6. Choose fields from “Display” drop down. For instance: We have created “candidates Information” column set, added "Candidate#", "Status", “First name”, “Last name” fields as shown in the image below:
  7. The fields or columns can be removed from the candidate's list layouts by unchecking the field from selection if needed as shown in the image below:
  8. Now, that the preferred column set has been created, follow the steps below to view candidates by list layouts.

After customization, go to candidates app dashboard.
  1. Click on "Show All" from the left navigation panel.
  2. Pick on "Display" drop-down and select candidates Details.
  3. You can view the result as shown in the image below:
