How do I view Call Logs with preferred Column Sets?

The List Layout feature allows you to customize your call log fields in the list layout as a section as per your requirement. You can easily access your preferred section quickly to save your custom views.

Steps to customize List Layout in Call Logs

  • Log in to your account. Select "Call Logs" from your left navigation panel of the home dashboard.
  • Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.

  • Select the "Customize App" dropdown and click on “List Layouts” from the left navigation panel.

  • You can add your own column set, click on the "Create" button. A layout called Default is added.
Layout Created

  • To change the name of a layout, hover your mouse pointer over the name. A pencil icon will come into view.
  • You can change the name of the layout and click outside to save the changes.

  • To customize the attribute added to the layout, select the Display dropdown. It will show the attributes present in the call logs.
  • Select the dropdown to add or remove an attribute. You can untick an attribute to remove it from the layout. To add an attribute to the layout, tick an attribute from the dropdown.

  • Once the changes are made, go to the Table View page and choose any view. To view the updated layout, select the Display dropdown.

  • The attributes will be displayed based on the selected layout.
