To Turn On Email Notification When Creating a Task

  • Select the “Tasks" tab from the left navigation panel.
  • Click on the "More (...)" icon → "Notifications" from the App Header.
Home Page

  • Now, switch the “Toggle On” for Email Feed corresponding to “Task Created”.
Enabled Toggle

  • Once completed, create a task.
Create Task

  • An email will be generated to the employee who created the task.

Turn Off Email Notification When Creating a Task

  • You need to disable the toggle corresponding to “Task Created” to not send an email notification when a task is created.
