How do I Import Notes while importing customers in Customers App?

Notes are important data related to the customers. It can be imported into the Customer App.

In Apptivo CRM, you can associate notes with the records by specifying the required details. In Customers app, you can easily import more than one note. Every note that you associate with a Customer will be placed in the notes tab of the associated records.

To import notes,

  1. Click More (...) -> Import. In the import page, click on "Import".import-customers
  2. In the Import Customers from CSV File page, do the following:
    • Browse and select the file to be imported.
    • Note that, only CSV files can be imported.
    • Click on "Next".
    • Select the date format used in the import field.date-format
  3. In the mapping field section, map the fields to the field names.
  4. Now map the notes field with the "Notes" attribute.notes-map
  5. Click on "Import" and proceed.
  6. Now you can view the imported notes in the Notes tab as shown in the image below:created-notes
