Why can't I View the Departments App?

We had Departments App as a separate app which manages departments that are associated with employees. Now, this has been moved to a unique setting area in "Employees App" itself. So we are in progress of deprecating Departments app, however, we will be upgrading this to the next level by promoting the Employees App settings.
Departments app will redirect to the Employees app. If you want to configure the department for the employees, use Department and configure it in the employee app settings.
