How do I Customize List Layout with my Preferred Column Sets in the Insurance Tracker App?

List Layout settings in the Insurance Tracker App allows you to customize your insurance fields in your preferred way. You can easily access your preferred section to save your custom views. This is the common feature found in CRM apps as well as Financials App.

Note: In order to save your custom columns your account requires the premium or ultimate plans.

For instance : Consider an employee, who wants to view the insurance with the following details Name, Insurance#, Insurance Type, Assignee and Follow Up Days. This can be created as a list view with the name “Insurance Status”.

Steps to Customize List Layout

  1. Go to Insurance Tracker App from app header bar.
  2. Click on “More(...)” icon -> “Settings”.


  3. Select “List Layouts” from “Customize App” drop-down in the left navigation panel.

  4. Click on the “Create” button.


  5. You can edit the name of the column set added using the “Edit” icon.


  6. Now, you can choose your preferred fields from the “Display” drop-down. Here, “Insurance Status” column set is created and “Follow Up Days” field is added.

Now, the list layout is created. Follow the steps below to view the insurance according to your preferred column set.

View Insurances by Preferred Column Set:

  1. After customization, go to Insurance Tracker App dashboard.
  2. Click on “Show All” from left navigation panel.
  3. Click on “Display” dropdown, and select “Insurance Status”.
