How do I Customize Reports in the Requirements App?

Requirements App allows you to customize Reports in your own way. It helps to “Show” or “Hide” your Reports.

For Instance: An Business Manager wish to hide “Requirements by Item” in their “Reports” Overview page, then it can be created by following the below steps:

Steps to Customize Reports

  1. Go to “Requirements App” from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More(...)” icon and then select “Settings”.
  3. Click on “General Tab” and then select “Reports” from the left navigation panel.

  4. In Reports dashboard, you can view.
    • Requirements by Category
    • Requirements by Item
    • Requirements by Business Value
  5. By default, the toggle button in “Reports” dashboard are in “Enable” Status. Hide the “Requirements by Item” by sliding the toggle button. Now the Report is disabled as shown in the snapshot.

  6. Click on “Reports”  reports icon icon next to “Home” icon. Now you cannot view “Requirements by Item” in the Reports section.

  7. You can also “Create Privilege” by selecting the drop down as per your requirements.
