How do I View the Unresponded Customers?

The Customers App of Apptivo allows you to mark a customer as unresponded when they have not responded to the emails. The customers who are marked as unresponded are listed in the left navigation panel of the Customers App.

Steps to view unresponded customers

  • Log into your Apptivo account and go to the Customers App. On the home page, select To Follow Up from the left navigation panel.

  • The list of customers marked as unresponded is listed. They are further classified into My Customers, My Employees Customers, and My Teams Customers. Here, we have selected My Customers.
  • The customers assigned to you and who has follow up added in their record are listed.

  • Select the More Details icon of a customer to redirect to its overview page.
