How do I View the Unresponded Customers?

Apptivo CRM feature allows the user to view the list of Unresponded Customers. This feature is enables you to filter the list of Customers who have not responded to your communication (emails/telecalls). You can view your customers as well as that of your team's customers in the left navigation panel.

A Customer is marked as responded, when an email is first sent out to that customer. This denotes that the customer has been followed up successfully. When the customer responds to that email, the “Mark As Responded” button will be visible denoting that the customer is in responded state.

For instance: Consider a Sales Manager, who wants to view the customers who have not responded back. So that he can solely focus on them to successfully close their deals. Lets take a look at the following steps.

Steps to View the Unresponded Customers

  1. Go to the Customers App.
  2. Create a new customer or select an existing customer.
  3. Once an email is sent out to that customer by clicking on the “Email” tab, the “Mark as Unresponded” button will be visible (which means, the customer is in unresponded state).

  4. If the customer sends an email back, it will automatically change over to “Mark as Responded” (which means, the customer is in unresponded state), only if the following is done:

  6. The unresponded customers can be viewed under the “Unresponded Customers” in the left navigation panel.
