How do I create Email Templates in Sales Receipts App?

Email templates are created to send multiple emails to various customers. It is pre developed and pre written mails which is created according to your business requirements

Steps to Create Email Templates

  1. Log in and access Sales Receipt App from your Universal Navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More -> Settings" from App Header bar. 
  3. You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click on Email Templates from Email settings drop-down in the left navigation panel. 
  4. Email templates page will be opened.

  5. Click on Create button to create new template and specify,   
    • Template - Name of the Email template.
    • Subject - Email template subject.
    • Message - Content of Email template.

  6. Click on “Create” button to complete. 
  7. You can update Email template information by clicking on "Edit" icon if needed.
