How do I Send Email with PDF attached in the Contracts App?

This feature in the Contracts App lets you to send emails to your customers associated with that contract, having the respective contract PDF attached to it.

Note: For the contract PDF to get attached, first ensure that the Contract Template is created and selected from the drop down on the Overview page.

Steps to Send Email with PDF Attachment

  1. Go to the Contracts App.
  2. Create a new contract or select an existing contract.

  3. Click on the “Send” button present in the Overview page of the Contract.

  4. Now the Compose page will be opened with the customer’s email id auto-populated in the “To” field.
  5. You can also find the contract PDF file attached at the bottom.

  6. Click on “Send” to send the email with the PDF to your customer.
  7. Thus, the contract PDF can be sent to your customers.
