How do I Configure the Rental Availability tab in the Properties App?

The Rental Availability tab in the properties app is a place where the availability of a property, throughout the fiscal year, can be configured. Now, this Rental Availability tab can be made visible or hidden from the “Settings” section.

Steps to Configure the Rental availability

1.  Log in and access the Properties App from the Universal navigation menu bar.
2. Click on “More (...)” icon -> “Settings” from the App header bar.
   
3. You will be redirected to the Settings page. Click on “Properties” -> “Configurable features” from the Left navigation panel.
4. In the Configurable Features dashboard, slide the toggle ON for the Enable Availability for Rental.
   
5. Now, create a Property.
   Note: Ensure that the “Transaction type” under the “Transaction details” is set to “For Rent”
   
   
6. Only now, the “Rental Availability" tab will be displayed as shown:
