How do I Restore Deleted Customers?

The Customers App allows you to restore the deleted customers. You can perform bulk deletion using the bulk action feature in CRM. Once you’ve deleted customers you can find them in “Trash” menu.

In the Trash Dashboard, you can choose the records that you want to retrieve and click the button Restore. The Records that are associated with any of the modules in Apptivo CRM will be stored in the Archives. To restore those records you need to click on the archives and select the records and then restore.

The following steps will help you understand better.

Steps to Restore Deleted Customers

  1. Go to the Customers App.
  2. Click on “More (...)” icon -> "Trash" located at the app header bar.

  3. The Trash dashboard will be displayed as shown, where you can view the following tabs:
  4. In the "Deleted" tab, you can view all deleted customers.
  5. Select all the customers you would like to restore. Click on "Select all * objects matching".

  6. Click on “Restore” button.

  7. The customers will be successfully restored.
