How do I Associate Multiple Customers to the same Item in the Items App?

Items App allows you to add customers to a specific item right from the Items Overview page, giving you the ability to view items instantly associated with the customers. Follow the below steps to add multiple customers for an Item.

Steps to Associate Customers

  1. Login and access to the Items App from the Universal Navigation menu bar.
  2. You will be opened with the "Show All" page. Click on "More Details" icon near the item where you want to add customers. For instance: Hydraulic Cylinder.

  3. You will be redirected to the Overview page. Click on "Customers" tab from the Overview tab page.

  4. In the Customer section, you can add your customers item by clicking on "Add" icon.

  5. "Add Customer" pop up will be opened. Search for Customer name and provide Customer item# and description.

  6. Click on "Add" button. Hence, the Item is associated with those added customers.

Hence, Apptivo items app is an item management software where you can add items, view items in item list and place a order for the items. You can also move the items to inventory management system and view the inventory items.
