How do I associate multiple customers to the same item in the Items App?

Items App allows you to add customers to a specific item right from the item’s Overview page, giving you the ability to view items instantly associated with the customers. Follow the below steps to add multiple customers for an Item.

Steps to associate customers

  • Login and access the Items App from the Universal Navigation menu bar. You will be redirected to the Items App. To navigate to the overview page of an item, select the More Details icon of an item from any left panel view.

  • In the overview page, click the Customers tab.

  • Once navigated to the Customers tab, select the Add button to add new customers.

  • The Add Customer popup will come into view. Select the search icon in the Customer Name field.

  • The Search and Select popup appears. Select a customer.

  • Once the customer is selected, provide information about Customer Item # and Customer Item Description.
Customer Selected

  • Click on the "Add" button. Hence, the customer is added to the Customers tab.

  • By performing the above steps, you can add multiple customers for an item.
