How do I Generate an Invoice for a Rental Property?

Consider you are running a real estate business, where all the property information is effectively maintained in the Apptivo Properties App. And you would like to invoice your customers (whoever buys the property). Apptivo now offers you the ability to do so. That is, you can generate an invoice for a rental property from the Invoices App.

Go through the steps below to generate invoices for the rental properties.

Steps to Generate Invoice for Rental Property

1. Go to the Invoices App.
2. Click on “Create” -> “Property Rental - Onetime” from the left navigation panel.
   
3. You will be redirected to the Create Property Rental - Onetime Invoice page. Enter the required invoice details.
4. In the “Properties” line level of the creation page, click on “Search” icon. All the properties (from Properties App), whose Transaction Type is For Rent will be listed, from where you can select a required property.
   
5. Based on the “Number of Periods”, the invoice amount will be calculated for that property.
   
6. Click on “Save for Later” or "Email Invoice".
7. Now, you have successfully generated an invoice for your rental property.
