How do I View the Archived Estimates?

We all know that the Estimates which are marked as Archived will not be available in the Estimates Show All page. So, in order to view all the archived Estimates at the same place, Apptivo provides you with the “Archived” status under the “By Status” section from the left navigation panel. Scroll down to check the steps to view the Archived Estimates.

Steps to View the Archived Estimates

1. Login and access to the Estimates App from the Universal Navigation menu bar.
2. You will be opened with Estimates home page.
3. Click on “By Status -> Archived” from the left navigation panel.
   
4. You can view all the archived Estimates on that page.
5. Bulk Action is also possible by selecting the needed Estimates and you can view the “Bulk Action” button gets activated.
   
6. You can click on “Print PDF” to print all the Estimates in the PDF manner.
