How to Export your Contacts and Opportunities in .xls format from Apptivo?

The Export feature in the Apptivo Contacts and Opportunities App now supports XLS format. All Apptivo users can now easily download/backup their data in a spreadsheet.

Apptivo provides all its users with the following options to Export their data:

• Current View - This exports the fields in the current view alone.
• All Fields - This exports all the fields configured in the App.

For instance: Consider an admin, who would like to export all of the contact details for his official purpose. Let’s quickly see the steps to export the Contacts.

Steps to Export Contacts

• Log in and access Contacts App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click on "Show All” from the "Lists" drop-down in the left navigation panel.

• In the Show All page, bulk select the contacts you would like to export.

• Click on Bulk Actions -> Export -> .xls -> Current View to export the contacts with current viewing fields.

• You can view the result as shown in the image below:

• If you want to export the contacts with all fields, click on Bulk Actions -> Export -> .xls -> All fields.
