How do I configure Milestone Status in Apptivo Projects App?

Milestone can add significant value to the project. Each milestone has a number of tasks associated with it. This allows you to schedule the project with the appropriate segments, which helps to solve the issues arising in the segments. Every milestone should be defined with the start and end date or the deadline for completion and this can be assigned to an employee. Milestones Status in the Projects App defines the current stage of the Milestone. 

Steps to Customize Status in Milestone

• Log in and access Projects App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click on the More(...) icon -> Settings -> Projects -> Statuses -> Milestones

• Click on the “Create” button and provide the following information.
• Name – Name of the status
• Description – Description of the status

• Click on the “Create” button to complete.
• You can update the project statuses information by clicking on the "Edit" icon if needed.
• By default, the created project status will be in enabled mode.

• The created milestone status will be reflected in the “Milestone” Tab of Project Creation Page.

• Click More(...) icon -> Settings -> Projects-> Templates -> Select a template -> Milestone Tab. The created milestone status will be reflected in the Project Templates.
