What is the difference between Static Target Lists and Dynamic Target Lists

Apptivo's Targets app helps you to customize and add your target list for the Email Campaign. With that, you can create a list with the set of Customers, Contacts, Leads, and Employees. So that you can run an email campaign with the largest number of targets list combination on Customers, Contacts, Leads and the Employees apps of Apptivo.In addition, it will allow you to create a Static and the Dynamic set of Target lists as per the business need.

Static Target List

In the Static Target List, you can create and add the concentrated list from the Contacts App, Customers App, Leads App, and the Employees App. And make a consolidated list of Targets from the contact, customers, Leads and the Employees apps.so that this list can be added at the time of running the Campaign from Campaigns app.

Let's consider, Marketing Manager Mr.Clay Jensen wants to run an Email Campaign for items that are enquired in the campaign stall booth. So he wants to send the emails only for the set of Contacts or Leads or Customers. In this case, he can select and add the individual lists manually inside the Targets App. At that time he can create the Static Targets List and start adding or creating the Customers, Contacts, and Leads. At the same time, he can add the list of customers with their associated contacts. Then, while running the campaign he can add the lists and sends a successful Email campaign.

Dynamic Target List

In the Dynamic Targets List, you can set up the set of conditions and with the condition based you can get the list of Contacts, Customers and the Leads from the respective Apps automatically. And you can add the Targets list while running the Email Campaign.

Let's consider, the Same Marketing Manager Mr.Clay Jensen wants to run a campaign for all the List of Contacts that are assigned to the particular employee and the list of Leads that status is “ In Process” and List of Customers that status is “ Active”. In those cases, he can create the Dynamic Target list with the specific conditions.when the created condition is got satisfied the records will get added to the Target list automatically. On the List list are prepared, he can add the list at the time of running the email campaign.
