What should I do if I find "Content not available" in the Apptivo Gmail add-on?

Apptivo Add-on for Gmail allows you to view and create Contact, Customer, Lead, Supplier, Case, and Opportunity. You can also Associate emails to Apptivo. Each time you open an email, your Gmail add-on will appear as the right-side panel.

The Apptivo Gmail add-on once launched after opening an email may give you “Content not available” screen as shown in the below image.

To associate your emails with the Apptivo Gmail add-on, refresh your browser window. This message comes up on your screen if you are an existing user of the add-on. We keep enhancing the add-on for a better experience. We regret the inconvenience caused, but this happens just once.
