How to disable customer portal access in Apptivo?

The customer portal of Apptivo enables your customers to access their tickets, invoices, answers right away from an external portal linked to your Apptivo account. The customer portal access is provided in the Contacts app of Apptivo. Only those contacts who have the login access can view their associated records.
Steps to disable access
- In the Contacts App, navigate to the overview page of the contact that has the portal access.
- If the contact has access to the portal, then the Enable Login toggle will be shown as Disable Login.
- To prevent the contact from using the portal, click the Disable Login button present on the overview page.
- The changes will be saved.
- When the contact tries to log into the portal, he will not be provided access as his access has been denied.
