How to identify duplication of records when entering new records at the enterprise level?

Our normal “Duplication Rules” feature would address this requirement if we were using a single firm. As we have multiple firms, these duplications are made available across the multiple firms available. This can be achieved by creating a duplication rule by selecting “Enterprise duplication” or “Business duplication”.

Enterprise duplication

When the user selects the entity type as Enterprise duplication then we need to check for duplication across all the entity(Firm)

Business duplication

When the user selects the entity type as Business duplication then we need to check for duplication in the current entity(Firm)
