You have instances where you intend to log into a particular account but end up logging into another account.

  • The situation occurs when the “Auto-Fill Password” is enabled in your account or when the “AutoSave” is enabled.
  • This can be avoided if the “Auto-Fill Password” is disabled.

For instance: Let us consider a scenario where Auto-Fill Password is enabled in the Google Chrome browser.

  • Go to Settings → Auto-Fill → Passwords.
Passwords

  • You can see the list of accounts that have saved passwords.
List of Accounts

  • You can delete the email address from the saved passwords list by clicking on the “More” option for a particular account. Here, google account.
  • Click on the delete button to remove the account from the saved list.

  • Now, if you log into the account, you will not be prompted with another account.

Best Practices

  • If a number of accounts are saved in your browser, delete both email and password area before logging in with another autosaved account in Apptivo.
  • This avoids the possibility of displaying an incorrect password/email address.
