Why am I getting a blank page when trying to integrate Xero and Apptivo?

We are owed to inform you that we are currently working with Xero to increase the sync limitations. There are a few concerns with sync pertaining to Xero and Apptivo. Xero is cloud-based accounting software that was developed for all businesses. You were integrating the Apptivo Invoicing apps with Xero. This included authenticating the integration and then syncing the records. so as to import them into the Apptivo's invoicing software to Xero.

Syncing Apptivo to Xero has been temporarily stopped now, as Xero has limited the sync with Apptivo. We are working closely with Xero to increase the limitation and bring back the services to live again. The records which have been already synced with Xero will be made available in your Xero account. But, on trying to integrate Xero, the page will be displayed blank.

Services that will be interrupted:

  • Syncing Invoices, Supplier Invoices, and Purchase Orders.
  • Syncing taxes automatically.
  • Managing your customers and accounting for one centralized solution.
