Updated on January 2, 2020 04:00AM by Admin

Dear Customer,

Due to a recent change in QuickBooks’ OAuth configuration, Apptivo will be updating its integration to support the change and improve security measures.

The current version of QuickBooks, OAuth 1.0 will stop the syncing process from December 17, 2019. In an effort to avoid any interruptions to the service, please complete the following steps:

  • Log in to Apptivo and navigate to Invoice App.
  • Click on “More Options” → Exports.
Exports in Invoice
  • In the left panel, navigate to QuickBooks → Online → Settings.

  • Now, select “Disconnect” from the top right.

  • You will be prompted that you are disconnected from QuickBooks.

  • Now, click “Connect to QuickBooks” and you will be redirected to “QuickBooks App Store”. Select “Connect” to re-establish the connection.
