Apptivo allows you to tag teams while posting a News Feed. You need not mention each and every member of a team individually while creating a News Feed. You can add the Team Name and everyone in the team will be notified.
For Instance: Consider there is a team called the Product team in your Organization.
- Go to News Feed activity in your Apptivo. To tag your team, add your team name with @ as prefix in the News Feed section.
- This will tag your team in the News Feed.
- Once the News Feed is posted, your team members will receive Bell Notification and Email Notification.
Bell Notification
- You can enable Bell Notification by navigating to User Guide → Preference → News Feed Notifications → Enable Bell Notification.
- Once the Notification is enabled, your team members will be prompted with a bell notification when the News Feed is posted.
Email Notification
- You can enable the Email Notification by navigating to User Guide → Preference → News Feed Notifications → Enable Email Notification.
- Once the Notification is enabled, your team members will be prompted with an Email notification to the team’s email address when the News Feed is posted.
