Apptivo has a dedicated App to maintain all the Projects. However, a project becomes successful only if the different stages are complete. Apptivo has a dedicated set of Milestones that you can add for your Projects.
There might be instances where you might require to have a different Milestone. You can create it smoothly with Apptivo.
- Go to Settings in the Projects App → Projects App → Statuses → Milestones.
- Here, you can edit an existing Status or disable it. Disabling a status delists it from the Milestone status section when a Project is created.
- Now, click on create to create a new Milestone status.
- You can add a name and description of the status in the Create Status page. Now, click create.
- Once the status is created, navigate to Create a Project page to record a new project.
- In the Overview page of the record, select Create Milestone to add Milestone to the Project.
- In the Create Milestone page, you can see Decision Pending is added as a Status.
- You can add this status to Milestone and proceed with the Project.
