How to record activities in Apptivo while making calls?

The most important responsibility of a business is maintaining the records of different activities. These records can be referred to when the need arises and can be used to decide on the next action to be taken with respect to a particular activity. With no effort, you can keep track of the activities carried out in Apptivo Mobile App.

Before enabling this feature, ensure that App Permission is given to record the activities on your mobile phone.

  • Go to the Settings page of your mobile phone. Here, select Apps and PermissionsApptivo.

  • In the Apptivo page, navigate to the Permissions.

  • In the permissions section, enable permission for the required features.

  • Log into your Apptivo All-In-One mobile app for Android and navigate to settings.

  • In Settings, enable Record Activites.

  • Once the recording is enabled, place a call using any CRM apps.

For Instance: Consider calling a Contact using the Contacts App.

  • Go to the Show All page in the Contacts App → select a contact for whom the call has to be placed.

  • You will be redirected to the Phone App on your mobile phone from where you can place the call.

  • Once the call is placed from the phone, go back to the Apptivo application. Here, you will be prompted to choose whether to create an event, follow up, call log or note.

  • Here, you can see the Call log is chosen. You will be redirected to the log call page. You can feed the necessary information related to the call.

  • Once the call details are added, you can see a new call log is created in the Call log activity.

Note: This feature is applicable only for Outgoing calls and not for Incoming calls.
