How to edit the logged calls in the Contact Center App?

Contact Center App has the facility to log the calls automatically. You need not log each call manually. Once a call reaches the Contact Center, the call details will be logged completely.
- Navigate to the Contact Center App. You can see the list of calls logged.
- Click on More Details in Actions to view the complete information of a particular call.
- In the Overview page, hover over the value to be edited. Click on it to open the editing field.
- Here, you can see the Call Summary attribute is to be edited. You can add the required information and save it.
- Once the data is saved, it will appear on the Overview page.
