How to perform an advanced search in Apptivo using Created On and Modified On?

CRM (Customer Relationship Management) apps like contacts, leads and customer apps are a great tool for businesses. You can decide the flow of contacts and how they are accessed. When a number of records are added every day into CRM apps, it becomes difficult to filter out the records. To make your work easier, Apptivo has Advanced Search features.

It becomes an added benefit if the records can be accessed based on the date when a record is created or updated. Apptivo allows you to easily retrieve the data based on the date created or modified.

Advanced Search using Created On

For instance: Let us perform an advanced search using the ‘Created on’ feature in Customers App.

• Go to Customers App → Select Advanced Search → Additional Information → Created On.

• Add a date range to list out the records and click search.

• You can see the lists of records between the selected range in the search results.

Advanced Search using Modified On

There might be records that were created a long time ago but modified recently. In those cases, it is difficult to keep a tab on the date created. It will be easier to search the records based on the date modified.

For instance: Let us perform an advanced search based on the date modified in Customers App.

• Go to Customers App → Select Advanced Search → Additional Information → Modified On.

• Here, add a date range to list out the records and click search.

• You can see the lists of records between the selected range in the search results.

Note: This feature is available in the Contacts App, Customers App and Leads App.
