How to export campaign information in the Campaigns App?

Delivery reports help you to view and manage the reports of the launched campaign like Total number of Emails Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Blocked, Unsubribed and bounced emails. Please follow the steps on how to export the report from the Launched email Campaign.

Steps to follow

  • Login and access the Campaign App from the Navigation Menu.
  • Select the Campaign from the list. Click on the More Details.
Home Page

  • From the Overview Page, Select the Dashboard Tab.
Dashboard

  • In the Dashboard Tab, you can view the Communication Status as a Total no of emails Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Blocked, Unsubribed and bounced emails.

  • In Addition, you can able to view with the Timeline chat view as Year, Month, Week and Today basis.

  • In this, the campaign is launched for the Customers to notify about the month-end sale.
  • Click on the Emails Details.

  • Select the Customers from the Communication Status Tab.

  • You can export the customer using Export Customers Button. With the help of the Display Dropdown, you can customize the layout. And the customized layout columns will be available in the exported document.
